It doesn't matter if you are brand new to yoga because each class of stretching, poses, breathing and meditation will stretch you further. Yoga isn't about being a pretzel but about stretching , breathing, and gaining in strength, wisdom and flexibility .
You'll notice you your body is more relaxed yet strong, you'll have more energy, you won't react to situations with lots of negative emotion and so many other nice changes in your life. Each class ends with a meditation and you'll learn how to carry this peaceful awareness into situations at work, at home and driving on I-95. If your mind usually wanders a lot when you meditate, you'll learn how to control it and gain the true fruits of meditation. I am teaching at Deerfield Beach at Inner Wisdom Books Fridays from 10-11:15 am. I also have classes in Coconut Creek and the Fort Lauderdale Area after work.
